selves. Being a teen in this world is HARD WORK. Join our circle as we hold space for
you to connect with your inner magic; the spark that makes you YOU as we embrace
your power and your voice. This workshop will focus on connecting back to your
authentic self. It will include meditation, somatic movement and inner exploration in a
positive group setting. You will leave the workshop with exercises and tools you can use
in your day to day life to lower anxiety and stress, and ground back into your body.
Learning how to take care of our hearts and minds as well as our bodies is the key to
building resilience and self-compassion as we journey through the highs and lows of life.
